My name is Brenda, and I teach a style of Kundalini yoga that creates heart and mind coherence so you can experience your truest self.
Each class is a combination of breathwork, movement, and meditation that will leave you feeling strong, clear-minded, and peaceful.

Yoga for the Nervous System
Monday evenings 7:00 - 8:30 MST
~ November 13th to December 11th
In this five-week online session, we will give our nervous systems some love and energetic support through movement, breathwork, high-frequency sound, and meditation.
Each class will end with deep relaxation so you can fully anchor into the heart and mind coherence we create.

Sound Healing
The body can be tuned just like an instrument, and high-frequency sound has the ability to bring the nervous system, biochemistry, muscles, organs, and energy fields into harmonic balance.
