The Yoga Room

Our yoga classes are held in the multi-purpose room at the Almonte Fitness Centre -- a large open room with hardwood floors and an abundance of props.

Our larger classes are held at the Almonte Fitness Centre, located at 500 Ottawa St. in Almonte (next to the Home Hardware).
