Our classes accommodate students from 8 - 80 years old. We will provide modifications for all poses to make sure you don't overstretch yet keep it challenging for those with more experience.

Fees:

Summer Yoga: $44/4 classes, drop-in $13

Private Yoga Class: $60/1 hour

Semi-Private Yoga Class: $35/hour per person

Private Yoga for Healing and Stress Relief: $90/1.5 hour customized class + travel.

Semi-Private Yoga for Healing and Stress Relief: $50/1.5 hour customized clas per person + travel.

Corporate Yoga Classes: $120/class

Life and Business Coaching: $125/session
