All levels are welcome

All of our yoga classes are all designed to accommodate beginners to intermediate unless otherwise noted.

The instructors offer modifications to challenge those that are stronger or more flexible, as well as modifications for those who are not.

Please let us know & we can provide safe modifications so that you can continue to do yoga safely while you heal.

Missed signing up for a series?

Please join us as a drop-in or we can pro-rate the remaining classes for you.

Shift work?

You are welcome to make up missed classes on a different day with the same instructor - just let us know in advance so that we be sure to have enough space for you.

Late joiners and drop-ins are welcome.

Healing Yoga will be offered again in the fall.

If you need a class earlier than that, you can book 8 private sessions for a customized Yoga for Healing and Stress Relief class.
