About the event
I'm teaming up with my dear friend Michelle Crawford to offer our first annual yoga retreat in the stunning Algarve near Salgados Beach. We will join together in the beachside yoga studio for a restorative workshop and yoga each morning, then have afternoon free time for exploring, swimming, surfing, napping and reflecting. Then every evening, we will join together again for a Sunset Kundalini class, and finish each class with a silent walk and meditation on the beach.
