In this first six-week series of 2021, we will focus on relaxing the nervous system and coming into the zero point within. Using breathwork and movement we'll bring the body, mind, and spirit back into alignment so we can access our truest self and the seat of our true power. Then we'll utilize mantra and meditation to connect with the positive changes and outcomes we would like to see in our lives and in the world. As always, each class ends with deep relaxation so you can fully integrate your practice.
