We'll meet online via Zoom for five weeks, and each class will include breathwork, movement, meditation, healing sound, and deep relaxation to nourish and soothe your nervous system.
This is an intense time on the planet and our nervous systems are feeling it. If you’ve been following space weather, you’re aware of the increasing solar activity and thinning magnetosphere that is literally changing our physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
By soothing our nervous systems, our fields can keep up with the swift pace of change. And when our nervous systems are balanced, we can more easily move into heart coherence and flow this coherence into our world. 🕊💖🕊

The Radiant Body
We'll use breathwork, movement, and sound to dissolve physical and emotional blockages so we can directly connect to each of these aspects and expand them. Each class will end with deep relaxation and a meditation to help you deeply anchor into the heart+mind coherence we've created.

Join me for this five-week series where we will practice creating and maintaining positive energy states and heart coherence. Using breathwork, movement, and Solfeggio frequencies we'll dissolve physical and emotional blockages and bring the nervous system back into balance. Each class will end with deep relaxation and a meditation to help you connect with the highest outcomes you want to see in your own life and in the world.

In this first six-week series of 2021, we will focus on coming into the zero point within. Using breathwork, movement and meditation we'll bring the body, mind, and spirit back into alignment so we can access our truest self and the seat of our true power. As always, each class ends with deep relaxation so you can fully integrate your practice.
