Please join me for a new session that will soothe your nervous system while you simultaneously increase your cellular voltage and light quotient!

We'll meet online via Zoom for five weeks for breathwork, movement, meditation, healing sound, and deep relaxation to fortify every aspect of self.

Join me for five classes dedicated to nourishing, calming and strengthening the nervous system. 

We'll use breathwork, movement, meditation and sound to fortify every aspect of your NS. Each class will end with a healing time of deep relaxation, where we will bask in the divine frequencies of sound oracle

In this six-week series we will explore these six yogic bodies and aspects of self:

  • The Aura

  • The Pranic Body

  • The Neutral Mind

  • The Soul Body

  • The Arcline

  • The Radiant Body

We'll use breathwork, movement, and sound to dissolve physical and emotional blockages so we can directly connect to each of these aspects and expand them. Each class will end with deep relaxation and a meditation to help you deeply anchor into the heart+mind coherence we've created.

Online Classes - Spring 2021

May 11th to June 8th 

Join me for this five-week series where we will practice creating and maintaining positive energy states and heart coherence. Using breathwork, movement, and Solfeggio frequencies we'll dissolve physical and emotional blockages and bring the nervous system back into balance. Each class will end with deep relaxation and a meditation to help you connect with the highest outcomes you want to see in your own life and in the world.

In this first six-week series of 2021, we will focus on coming into the zero point within. Using breathwork, movement and meditation we'll bring the body, mind, and spirit back into alignment so we can access our truest self and the seat of our true power.  As always, each class ends with deep relaxation so you can fully integrate your practice.
