I teach a style of Kundalini yoga that helps people achieve heart and mind coherence so they can realize their highest potential. Each class is a combination of breathwork, movement and meditation that will leave you feeling strong, clear-minded and peaceful. Whether you are a seasoned yogi looking to expand your practice, or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, I provide a friendly and healing environment for your experience.
I feel I am experiencing Kundalini yoga in a new way under Brenda's warm guidance. There is a gentleness and wisdom to her approach that leaves me with a rich and wholistic view of this ancient practice. Her lens invites a sense of community and healing that I look forward to each week.
The sun is our daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light.
