For an experience that is more personal than a group class, you can book a private session with me. We will spend the first 10 minutes discussing those areas in your life you are seeking to improve. Would you like to improve the quality of your sleep? Feel more energized throughout the day? Need help with scattered thinking? Or maybe you need tools to help you relax through daily stressors as they present. Whatever it is, we will identify it. Then I'll guide you through a sequence of breathwork, movement and mantra customized just for you. Each session ends with a guided meditation.
